1/24 Lynx Eventer

With the recent release of the Hasegawa 1/24 Jaguar XJS TVR and older XJS kits demanding high prices the idea for converting such a kit into a Lynx Eventer is appealing.
I would have thought by now that there would be a resin bodyshell available in the popular 1/43 or 1/24 scale but I can only find the die-cast 1/43 model.
On the real car they used a Renault hatchback for the rear door.
I have searched on the internet to see if anyone has undertaken this conversion, with no results.
Further research has uncovered a hatchback version although I can't find a company name to relate to the conversion. Some are clearly D.I.Y. whilst others look professional.

The hatchback is a DIY project using a Citroen Xantia donor, by the way.
