I never managed it.

I was booked on a BA VC-10 flight to Johannesburg sometime in the early 80s, but they 'upgraded' the service to a 747, ratbags.

Same here, Late 70's for me and one of the RAF machines as an Air Experience Flight whhile doing my square bashing.
