Owkay, Don't you think they're to long and to fat? Have no clue where they came from.

How many do you need?

David aka 63cpe
looking at them again,  they could be 1000 pounder bombs,  or maybe even  1/48th scale.

Well I don't do 1/48. So they might be 1000 pounders.

Happy to cast in resin if needed..

Really?
That would  be great, as I  want  enough  to do a few aircraft.  I am not  at home  until  tomorrow evening,  so I can't  look at the ones in my Airfix Buccaneer kit and take  measurements.  They look to be the right  shape at least.  If you can spare  the 1000 pounders,  some  of those  could get used on something also.  Let me  know  what I owe you  for doing them David,  as you  are  helping me out  big time.
Cheers

No worries. Let me know if size and shape is correct. Please let me know if your Bucc has them (Airfix old or the new release?). I want the new Bucc but didn't find the time to get one. If the new release has them, I might aswell copy them too with the 1000 pounders.

Those remind me of the bombs that came in the old Airfix Strikemaster kit though that's off the top of my head.

I will give  the Buccaneer  bombs a coat of looking at  when I  get  home  tomorrow,  do some  measurements and send you some  pictures  David.  The kit is the new one,  nice kit but not  sure what they were  thinking  wirh the rocket pods  moulded onto the pylons,  be reet.

The Buccaneer Bomb's are British 1000lb ones, the ones in the Airfix RN Phantom are 500lb bombs.

As for the new Kit, I suspect they are feeling the pinch as the weapon load is very stingy as you cant even load the bomb bay.

Ah, cheers  for that info Geoff, I  will look atthe ones in my FGR 2 kit and take a picture of those  then. The ones in the Buccaneer kit are  smaller than the ones in  63cpe pictures,  but are a very similar  shape.  Any  ideas what  they could  be from Geoff?
