The Humbrol enamels that I used turned out to be from the poor batch when the fabrication was moved to Belgium a while ago. With the result of a poor and gooey quality.
But isn't poor quality paint even more authentic for a late-war German project? ;D

The end result looks insane in a good way and you would never guess from the end result that there was any difficulty to build it. <_<

NARSES2

That does look good

I've built the RS Models 309 and 509 and they are both nice kits. They are both quite attractive (my favourite is the 509), but then to meld it with the Bv 194 which is perhaps the best looking of the B&V asymmetric designs is just genius
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thank you. I just realized that this one would also have been eligible for the "More or less engine"s GB, even though this was not intended.  ;)

You're in the time frame so all you need to do is post the finished pics in the appropriate thread.  ;D ;)

Well, I just added it to the Finished Builds thread. The more, the merrier...

Tophe will certainly like this one - after more than 40 years of model aircraft building, my first asymmetrical "design".  ;D
And is this your first asymmetric twin-boomer?: ;)

This was the end of the Me-109/209/309 family it seems: Me-609T-2 ;D
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]
