Hehehehe,magic stuff Dave.

I'm surprised they ley them go supersonic anywhere that close to the European mainland actually, but needs must I suppose. Viz the two Typhoons that banged Hertfordshire just the other week.

While I was installing the big wavemaker on the Noord Oost Polder in the Netherlands in them 80s we quite often had Luftwaffe and Klu Starfighters coming over pretty low, heading toward the ranges off the north coast, and while the Germans were carefully less than Supersonic, the locals quite often over-did it, resulting on some LOUD bangs late in the afternoon! Apparently so many people living in Emmerloord complained that they were 'trodden on' and slowed down somewhat.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

We worked supersonic BAF F-16s and Mirage 5s over the Ardennes.  Sporty stuff crossing the airways that ran W-E between Beauvechain and the German border, while avoiding France and the Netherlands.
