Interesting how quiet the Olympuses (Olympi? ) became after the planes flew overhead & how loud the Merlins became.

I should imagine Capt. Withers had the Olympi throttled down and the Lanc Captains had the Merlins pretty well throttled up, or maybe it was some strange Doppler effect?
