Well done,  is that 1/72 or 1/48 scale?

Thank you for all your kind words! It turned out alright and I see that people enjoyed reading The Beatles references in my Canadian colour coding system, which I enjoyed "researching".

It's an Airfix new-tool 1:72nd scale Buccaneer, but with the Martel and associated pylon snatched from an old-tool Airfix Bucc that I built back in the early 1990s. The TRAM turret was also nicked from that old build. By the way, the visible engine ducting is part of the kit.

With the Pakistani-inspired monochrome "colour" scheme I was looking for something low-viz, counter-shaded and maritime, but also very fighter-like. It's in my standard modern Canadian grey shades of Humbrol M64 and M106, the same as my recent Canadian Mirage IV interceptor.

This year I'm going back over some old ground and building types that I made back before my current what-if universe was codified. Unfortunately, without the help of cheap second-hand kits from the Buy, Swap & Smell at Sandown. Next up, a couple of F/A-18 Hornets that I picked up at Toymate in Narre Warren.

Psst: I just realised that it's unfinished! I left the fin flashes off. I'll pop them on when I'm next doing some decaling.
Whatever.
