Thanks. I've always wanted to build a Belcher Bits Bomarc with a launcher. Not a fan, just as an interesting piece of history.

And BIG too!  :o

He had one on his stand at Telford last year and I was surprised how large it was. And the launcher looked SO good I bought the kit of that for my Sharkit Navaho, it's the nearest thing I could find.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Like Kit as a fan of all things ZELL, erectors and launchers the Bomarc is a neat bit of history. We need some updated Mace, Matador, Regulus, Snark , Nike, bloodhound, SAM, Bomarc etc kits and launchers in proper 1/72 scale. All kinds of great whiffery could ensue!!

I've driven by the partial melt down site, but you can't get close or see anything through the trees and fences.

Absolutely, all the injection ones were in 'fit the box' scales and have been almost ignored since then, except by Sharkit, Belcher Bits and Mach 2.
