Thank you, Talleng, for allowing me to take your basic backstory and embroider it with some flights of fancy  Filter!!   It was all his original idea, I just expanded it.

Should anyone else wish to have me assist in the expansion of a backstory, just ask and I'll try to make up something to help.

They were indeed!!    A Farley Frigatebird in Japanese Naval markings was reported.

Then there  is the Farley Fandango, a little known spotter aircraft palmed off on generously gifted to the US army by the British Army Air Corps, and captured by North Korean forces in 1950. It was later recaptured by the Turkish contingent in mid 1951, and last seen in the hands of theRoyal Australian Navy, who planned to use it as a catapult test load on HMS Sydney.  I'll try to write this up, but someone else will have to model it.
