Handley Page Victor Phase 4 Supersonic bomber

Just been online as you do and clicked on the Handley Page Victor website,  looking under images and came across a line drawing of the Phase 4 Supersonic bomber proposal.  There's also a model of the proposed version. As far as I can tell the cockpit is new and so too are the wing extensions plus the engine exhaust pipes are cone shaped as well..
I think this is doable but I don't know what other kits you would need,  or if there's a conversion set available.
Any information would be very helpful,

There's a lot of information on the Special Projects website about the proposed phases of the Victor bomber.
I personally think that the Phase B IIII resembles the Rockwell B-1A bomber without the VG swept wings. These look as thought they are from a Victor B1/B2 and the engine air intakes are also from a Victor. The cockpit would need to be scratch built other than that it's a case of swapping the  Victor parts around.
It's wikipedia that I am searching on.
