There's a lesson, don't be lazy and pin it down!

It's surprising how even heavy structures can get blown about with enough energy behind it.  I worked at hospital where a heavy smoking shelter was installed.  The guys putting it in didn't bother to bolt.  First storm, it was blown over a fence into a railway, the train driver saw it in enough time to stop, literally just touching it.  The train could have been derailed simply because someone couldn't be bothered.
