I know the SIG rarely if ever displays at this show at Southwell Racecourse near Newark, but I'm wondering if it's actually on this year?

It's a fairly quiet show, largely IPMS members and a good warm up for Telford.

Ditto Glasgow, or has Wee Jimmy Krankie (nee Sturgeon) banned it this year?

Spoke to Joe a couple of weeks ago. Glasgow is not on this year.

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....

I can't find anything online about Lincoln and Newark holding a 2021 Model Expo. Nothing on FB or on the Southwell Racecourse website. It's usually mid October.

regarding Newark.
Pandemic not withstanding the fact that both the principle organisors (Ian Crawford & Steve Hess) are sadly no longer of this mortal coil it is likely to mean the Newark show is now probably history.

I would like to be proved wrong on that though.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Yup, the last of our members still receiving the Newsletter by post. I was very sad on hearing the news having met them both over the years.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
