UV Epoxy resin, a cheap alternative to 2-component casting

Ken,
  this has been set  and out of the mould for two weeks now.  Is it OK to handle?  Any stickiness?  Have you tried polishing it?

It was fine to handle as soon as I took it out of the mold. No stickiness or any other issues. I had to wash it to get the WD40 off. Otherwise it was fine.
I had to sand it because the shape was a little off. The clay mold probably bent a little. I had to apply CA glue with baking powder to close a gap then Bondo putty. I used Perfect Plastic Putty to fill shallow spots. Everything stuck securely and the resin sanded like plastic. Overall very useable!
