How would you build that?

I've been thumbing through the book American Secret Projects 4: Bombers, Attack and Anti-Submarine Aircraft 1945 to 1974.
On page 247 there's a photo of the original General Dynamics model for an F-111B proposal with tandem seating for the two crew members,  but how would you build it?
Yes I need a F-111A kit as the donor and either a F-14 or RA-5C cockpit. What would you use?
