That looks pretty darn good Thomas, even though I don't 'get' the Maccros thing really, or however you spell it.

How many of those VF-1s have you built now? Must be in double figures.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

More than thirty VF-1s (), I think. Most are fighters, with wheels up, but there are also specimen with the landing gear down, conversions (both canonical and fictional/whiffy), kitbashed/converted space-capable Valkyries with boosters and some Battroids, including a (battered) Armored Valkyrie with add-on armor.

Just took a picture of the Valkyrie aerie, which is not only home to (most of) the VF-1s but also houses some other Macross mecha models, most in 1:100 scale.

The 1:100 VF-1 family (most of it, though)...

It's getting tight in there!

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Ye gods, I thought that 15 would a large number, but THIRTY+!   :o :o :o

That does look good although, like kit, i'm not a big fan of the aircraft's design and the whole Macross world.
But i can recognize a nice model when i see one.

Agreed, even if I don't understand the Macross thing. Me and Kit are "old school" Dan Dare and The Eagle  ;D
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Why has no-one ever done a kit of the 'Anastasia'? :(

OOOH!!   Yes please!!  I'd love an Anastasia kit.......or a Zylbat  or even a Tempus Frangit.       (Yes, I've been reading through my set of old Eagle annuals again)
