Uh, I am the humble priest that confessed the mad designer for the last time and he gave me this project as horrific and guilty according to him.
I tried to reassure him, explaining all our guns and bombs have been blessed by the bishop, the highest authority concerning ethics, and he said "no this is the Devil". Poor mad man, or uh... no, uh, no. OK, we are the good, ahem. Maybe.

Uh, this document is added to the file of the late mad designer. It is brought by another patient (Erik or Erich, he does not remember his own name), next door in the asylum, he said he received this picture as a birthday gift last week, or the previous week, or during his previous life... We hope he has not been contaminated by the guilty one's pacifism, the MI6 is investigating seriously.

Among the new patients admitted to asylum this week was a beggar who demands millions of £ as payment for his 'stolen military secret' blueprint.
He explains that some lunatics had passed through town on a walk a few weeks ago, all refusing to give him wine or money for wine, and only one had given him something: a drawing, saying it was a secret for which the Soviets would give him millions of £, enough to buy tons of wine or even whiskey. The Soviet Embassy kindly phoned us to pick him up after his third coming there to insist again and again like endlessly. Ahem.

Changing the poor boy's first name is currently proceeded, from "Tophe Jr" into Chris.   Will this save him?

After the designer"s going away (may his soul rest in peace), his home was occupied by a family, than another one, that decided to enlarge the kitchen, and inside a broken wall was found this paper, hidden there...

At the very moment when the document above arrived in the psychiatric building, young scholar visitors were there to discover the universe of adult work, and seeing the "secret" word on this crazy paper, one boy (Tom S.) asked "have you checked if there is a double-secret information in invisible ink?". The nurse that was there laughed and to prove there was nothing like that, she used an ultraviolet lamp made for medical diagnosis of something completely different, and under this "black light" incredibly a second design, different, appeared! She told the doctor who just said "this confirms this designer was severely paranoid, now close the file."

  Incredible: the printer of the top doctor, this morning, when turned on, without any data sending, printed by itself a drawing and a terrorist text: "Hello, killing doctors, this is the ghost of Tophe2022 coming back to kill you with another Canberstang airplane full of bombs, ready to throw on this building. If you ever switch off (kill) this printer, turned clever and self-thinking from now on as programmed, you will be murdered too, as a boomerang. It was not a good idea to murder this engineer, let you tremble, scared and shivering."

Found in the archives of the Washington Post in 2025, with a letter "This airplane innovative design should win WW3 but I cannot present it in United Kingdom as all the government is full of enemy agents that will refuse it, may the US save the World...". Stamped "not reliable" with handwritten "author in psychiatric asylum".
