I am pretty happy with it, even though there are some things that didn't come out as i wanted them to.
I had to leave a bit of the scheme out of the equation because the Hawk's wing is so much smaller than the T-6's.



I guess i could still try to fit the aluminium spots/stripes on the wings and stabs now that i'm free from the GB's deadline...

I used to have a MK2 Capri which was metallic midnight blue..god that car looked amazing.
Ive seen the black hawks and i dont know if its the shape or size but they look boring in black and im no fan of red..freaking hate red 
But blue..a little cracker of a plane in blue..the prefect choice..

Ya, metallic midnight blue... and i also like the Capri. 
I'm also not a fan of red but i like black... maybe it's the kind of markings on the black ones, i bet that with the right kind of paint job, you'd like them more.

In one of my RC Plane mags is this English gent who flies a RC T 1 Hawk..its about £ 25000 worth of model and its huge..jet powered..custom retracks ..electronics up the butt..a lot of £125 servos and so on..bu the colours..gloss black..sliver and gray..bloody hell its a beautiful paint job and makes the plane look amazing.
Oh just to rub that ol car in a wee bit more 
Ford 302 windsor 3/4 race spec v8..ford 9in diff ..falcon 5 stud hub conversion..not saying anymore cause im now thinking what a wally i am for selling it
