A nice surprize at my local airport this past week.

I was out for my regular walk on October 1 and went past Medlánky airport (LKCM) in Brno, Czech Republic, and this Mi-8 of the Czech air force was parked there.

The pilot came around, opened it up and let the half a dozen or so people who were poking around it have a look inside. As it turned out, it was fitted with a VIP interior.

I suspect it was for the Czech president and his wife who were in town for some ceremony last week and then made an official tour of some localities in the South Moravian region of the Czech Republic.

VERY posh indeed!   :o

The only Mil-8 I've ever seen before looked as if there'd been a small battle going on inside it!  :(
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit, The Helicopter museam at Weston super mud have an ex Polish VIP Hip.

It is a fair sized beast to say the least.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Size (of the stash) matters.
