Yep, definitely an excellent job!

I wouldn't bother with a sticker on the ship but, maybe, one of the bigger (central) trio on the stand.

Not sure about the name USS MARVEL, though .... Maybe USS MARVELOUS or USS (PETER) PARKER? USS STAN LEE is good, too, though. .

Is it just me, or does anybody else think the model should have had more blue color to it?  Spider-Man's costume seems to have a bit more blue than red. Anyway, too late now as everything is built and painted.

Possibly the secondary hull could have had the colours reversed, maybe the warp drive nacelles, too, but she's still a good build!

I found the following Halloween decorations at a local craft store. I'm debating which one I could possibly modify/paint and use as a display base for my Excelsior? 
What do you think, folks? What might look/work better?

Either would work (although my tastes tend towards the spider ) but it would, ultimately, come down to the dimensions & which, if either, would give the most support.

Rather than use the round display stand for my Spider-Man/MARVEL themed Excelsior starship model,
I found and bought from Joanns craft store a Halloween themed wood spider decoration to use as a display base instead.
It will be painted black just like the black spider logo on Spider-Man's costume.

Now I'm calling it done. And I think it looks much better with this spider stand.   
After all, a Spider-Man themed starship needs a spider, right?
