I am looking for that very short time produced plastic Model of the HF24 Marut . My wife is a big fan of that rare bird, designed by Kurt Tank in India .
We have seen the original plane in the German Museum of Technic in Oberschleißheim near Munich .

I am located in Germany .

I've been begging for one for about 50 years. Airfix should get on this and produce a good injection molded kit. Economic projections are showing that in about 5 years India may have the largest middle-class in the world, so there certainly should be a market.

Join the que, been after one for years myself! Personally I would like two though, one to be real world and the second to do as an Egyptian machine.

Add me the queue for both as well as an Argentinian one as a Pulqui III

AFAIK, the only solid kit was a resin one by Alliance Models and good luck on finding one.  I know there was at least one vacform kit, too.

Arrived yesterday ...You cannot view this attachment. You cannot view this attachment. You cannot view this attachment.

No we have to go for WERNIGERODE in the Harz Hills ,  90 miles to go, where the Marut is exhibited right now. But the Museum is NO FUN IN WINTER , the hangars not heated and cold like the south Pole . Maybe in two month or so

That vacform one looks very 'Broplan -like'.

Your girl sounds like a VERY handy one to have nearby, I foresee a short run of Maruts in the future............  ;D

Tell me your experience about that thing ... maybe I will start with the vacu kit, the alliance kit looks much better made for me,  and there is only one chance to build it .  But there are to much conversion whatifs to made now , will start the marut after a visit  in the museum.

Latest pic of the marut in Wernigerode, 6 months ago . The exhibition there is very basic, no high gloss museum , more a workshop .  Not heated in winter ...
