"at the discretion of the Moderators providing they are not too close to being finished"

Amended.

Thank you.   I've never got my brain around that at school or since. Indeed our English master, "Bert" (never to his face  ) Royal wasn't actually bothered about the use of to/too, he was much more interested in your overall use of English.  That and I took my "O" Level in the third year so haven't done formal English since I was 14. Oddly we were warned that our History "O" Level markers would probably be more interested in our use of English grammar than the English masters  :-\

The way I remember it is that 'too' is the 'excessive quantity' meaning because it has an excess of 'o's.

Very much what I've been told.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Check out all the Rugby clubs that are springing up in the US, too!

Some of the Reaction videos are funny, as well. Specially to Jonah Lomu.

Gentlemen I'm now going to lock this thread and copy and post the rules framework in the GB Rules section of the site so that Moderators will have quick access to them.

I'll be looking at publishing the FIGB draft rules in the next couple of weeks. Someone has actually had a good look at these for me in all honesty. Thanks Dave
