Boeing Super Clipper Flying Cloud SST with photos

This is based on the Revell model of the Boeing 2707 Super Sonic Transporter airliner that was to rival the BAC Concorde.
I bought this secondhand already built but broken. It's got a new tail fin from a Saab Vigen and six engines instead of the usual four. I'm trying to restore the silver paintwork, having seen photos of the XB-70 the paint on the fuselage would start to come off when reaching speeds of Mach 3 so I'm going to leave the decals as they are rubbed off in places. The model will be displayed wheels up.
The nose cone has suffered some damage, not surprising as it was a double cranked mechanism.


Here's the same model with the nose cranked down and the wings in the unswept position ,the landing gear is scratchbuilt. This will become a bomber variant with a suitable paint scheme.
