Desert colours sounds like a good idea Lee...its a attractive scheme on a lot of aircraft when done right .

Not much progress, but the post primer filler is sanded back. There's an area that needs some remedial work but we should be ready to get a first coat of paint on at the weekend.

Holy thread revival!

This is nearing some sort of completion.  The decals are on and it's been varnished.  When I find the time I'll sort out an undercarriage - Spitfire legs are good enough - the wheels and doors are already done.

Got the rudder sprayed white - finally - with the last of a Halfords white primer can before a coat of appliance white to gloss it up.  I should get the cross on later in the week.

I do need to something with the prop, the wheels and doors are done whilst the canopy is an old Heller K one as the kit canopy never fits.  I've yet to find the Spitfire legs I'm stealing  for it,

It may be ready for Telford, but it's not in the Planner so I won't lose sleep if it's not finished.

Decals are on the rudder now, just need a trim before I can get some varnish on.  Next to sort out is the prop.
