Did Jumo-engined variants existed, like OTL proposals?

It doesn't matter if they did or not, this IS WhiffWorld so they can exist. 

 

I could see a Bf 109Z powered by a couple of  DB 603s. That would require extra development, but it would make sense as a Me 210/410 replacement and probably look pretty good, too.
