Thanks.
Now, the nerve-wracking striping is completed. A lot of decal wastage trying to do it, too thin decal base.
Now I am letting it dry, before some touch up. At least I have commercial decals for the logos, numbers etc.
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Decaling is complete.

Now the body has received the last gloss coat and is ready to reassemble windows and pantographs and to be reunited with the frame.

Model reassembled, ready for the famous electrified Cajon Pass line.

I wanted to complete the build, as I am leaving tomorrow for my french base, and did not want to leave too many unfinished business around.

Absolutely! That really looks the part.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

A GG-1 always looks good, even in Pennsy black, but in the SF scheme it's AWESOME!
