Sukhoi Electronic Buzzard ECR.2 with photos

I'm using the HobbyBoss 1/72 Su-47 model for this build. The two seater tub has come from a Mig-29 UB and the in-flight refuelling probe is off a Tornado GR.1A. The underneath recessed missile/bomb section is from a F-14A Tomcat.

I have found a canopy that fits which I don't think was the original one for the Mig-29 UB. PSR continues.

Changes have taken place and air-to-air missiles added. The canards will be left off.

The Airframe 1/72 Mcdonnell Phantom RF-4B, RF-4C or RF-4E photographic reconnaissance nose fits really well to this build. Just glued it on this morning,  rubbed down some filler/putty. Then left it to dry.
So it's an armed reconnaissance aircraft.

I've gone down the route of creating my own ECR (Electronic Combat/Reconnaissance) aircraft or SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Air Defence). Most of the parts were donated by the 1/72
Fairchild-Republic EA-10B Electronic Hog and a rummage in my spares boxes. The pair of
AGM-88E AARGM are fitted to the semi-recessed fuselage along with a ALQ-99 Jamming pod, there's a pair underneath each wing,the windmill generators haven't been fitted yet ( I managed to snap them off).

The windmill generators have been glued on and the rear tail pipes from the 1/72 Airfix Lockheed YF-22 added.
