Dornier Do-336 Narwal

Another day, another set of project to show you. First up is a single engined Do-335:

The majority of it's weight is at the rear so I was figuring to put two torpedo's or put a BK7,5 gun under it's belly. The gun might be the best option as weight shift after release of the torpedoes causes havoc with it's flight characteristics.

I dunno about dropping the torpedo idea.
If it carries a pair under the nose then the rearward shift of the CoG when they are dropped would help it climb away.   

Or, sweep the wings to shift the centre of lift rearwards to compensate for the removal of the front engine.
