My daughter asked me about "that race car you started" and I thought I'd share my vision of a Navy sponsored NASCAR. After being lead to this fine site, I wish I would have saved these decals for future builds. As the lyrics say in a RUSH song, "You know how that rabbit feels, going under your spinning wheels."

Not sure what you mean about wishing you had saved those decals, Eddie.
Looks like where they ended up (on your Nascar) model is a far more interesting "What If" than any aircraft I can think of!

I have similar (but likely not identical?) decals from the Tamiya 1:48 Skyraider if you're saying you need another set (I seriously doubt I'll end up using them).

Let me know if you need them.
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Y'know, thats not such a crazy idea.  The I believe the US armed forces advertise heavily on TV for certain sports such as NFL and NASCAR.  So sponsoring a NASCAR team isn't that dumb an idea...

Your right. All the armed forces sponsor NASCAR rides, but the Navy one could use a bit of flare, like mine. ;)
