M113 Fire Support Vehicle

This is the Tamiya 1/35 kit, minus the commander's machine gun.  I built it in high school and it has followed me all of my days.  I shot the picture a couple of days ago with my digital.

Here's what lies in the future:

Unbuilt, Part One

All 1/72 aircraft and accessories

Everything else

This is odds and ends, bigger 1/72 aircraft, 1/48 aircraft, PL 1/1000 starships, and assorted mecha.  The highlights would be the original AMT 1967 Klingon Battlecruiser and the FineMolds X-Wing Fighter (both bottom left).

Out of both pictures are all the unboxed kits, including some 1/2500 Star Trek stuff.

There's only three, if you count the F4U and the A-7s.  That one on the second shelf is an oddball: 1/100 scale, by some outfit called BEN Models.  I wish I'd bought the rest of the line when I found them at the dollar store four or five years ago.  They had two different A-4s and some twin-engine Yak fighters and bombers.  But the wife said, "You can have one."   :(

I'd like to buy the 1/350 Refit, but Gods, that thing is huge!

Todd, I hate to say it, but that one's not really mine.  I found the image in the gallery of some MSN modeling group (I forget which one).  The image was labeled as it is there, HS1201-6, a light fighter project.  I think it dates from the same period as Thorvic's SABA project.  I've never been able to find any more info on the project.  Maybe someone here knows something.

As to the F-5/A-7 trade, I'm game.  PM me.

Yeap thats the Hawker 1201-6  from 1976 and its in "British Secret Projects - Fighters". I did see the wind tunnel model for it at Manchester Air & Space museum last year. Also has a reclining seat to possibly lower G effects.
