OK I've looked at this one long enough that I must have one.  But what about the nose/cockpit area?  Nothing that I can find has a canopy that big.  But in profile it looks JetRanger/Kiowa like.

Ideas?

Is that the version Kamov was offering to Turkey?

I think the canopy is deliberately outsized for better crew visibility.  Unlike the earlier Ka-52, the Erdogan has tandem seating.  In retrospect, the canopy looks a little like the Japanese OH-1, but I don't think anyone does a kit of that one.  Here's a link with a couple photos of the actual bird:

Do a four seat version using the front end off a Prowler  ;)  :D  :D  :D  :D
or may be you could use the main canopy off a Jaguar for the front section  :P

You'll have to sand-off the frame, but a 206 Jetranger windscreen would work great.

This helo was offered to Turkey in the same competition that saw the Zulu model AH-1 chosen as their new AH-X
