Here's an interesting trick I never tried before, but will now.  Anyone here tried this before?

yeah, well I use Blu-Tac (like you use to stick poster on the wall), have used it on aircraft & armour for most of the masking I do, except sharp, straight lines

Intresting but on that scale I don't use anny masking. Some free hand painting goes a long way.
