I saw no rant Joe. :D

No relevance at all really, just cloud-staring on a grassy knoll while we wait. If anyone reads any more into my posts than that then they are on the wrong track.

It really is all good. I go home in four weeks for a five week holiday, so my goodwill increases exponentially.

Quoteusing original manufacturers drawings rescued from the old BAC Weybridge site, so the model should be reasonably accurate.

Are these the drawings they subsequently were advised by TSRJoe were incorrect due to erroneous GA dimensions? ;)

At least the time taken to develope the kit points to it being a bit more than "reasonably accurate"......

I think these may be the original drawings that were copied to glass plate and are stored at Brooklands as the guy responsible had sent copies to Trev and was then going to forward them to North West Heritage Group at Warton. Actually came upto us at Telford and introduced himself so i dragged over my Bolton Club mate Graham Greene who works at NWHG !!!.

Also had the Ejector Seat technician for the TSR-2 introduce himself and had a nice chat before dragging Joe over to get the details.  :D

Quoteand the relevance of all this is...
Because accurate info is a lot more reassuring than the possibility of Zhengfedu making the kit, or Trumpeter, which could then profit from the Airfix kit at later date.
Am I only seeing some of the posts here?
It's not an effing  jump jet.

I've been told the Airfix TSR will cost NZ$54.95...I'm not too sure how much that is converted into pounds or greenbacks...but it's a bargain here in NZ.
