That is the Mk 65 Quick Strike 2000 pound aircraft delivered anti-shipping mine that is sitting in that shipping container.  Looks like a live weapon too since it has minimal markings and a yellow spot.  

Thanks to modern insensitive explosive compounds, we are able to view this mishap...
