Brave move, leaving the wheel wells to spray later. Really like the camouflage scheme, guessing that would be almost invisible dodging through the mountains on a hazy day.....

Great work so far, Steve.

Thanks Ian,
Yeah I find it easier to shoot around the hole than come back and shoot the hole white.(That sounded dirty ;D) The rear will be shot chrome silver here soon.

The devil in the details.  Once the rear gets its silver, I can install the engines. Everything else will get a wash of burnt umber and then a flat coat before being added to the model. You can see her Japanese sister hiding under the instruction.

Still more to come,

A little late to the party on this one, but this looks AWESOME!!!

Just one minor niggle (since, there always are when it's not MY model  ;D  ).  I'd rename the AGM-148 to AGM-175, since the FGM-148 is the established Javelin Anti-Tank missile.  M-175 is still unassigned.

Other than that (which, again, is because I didn't think of it before  ), great model!
I exist to pi$$ others off!!!

Thanks anthonyp
But AGM stand for Air-to-Ground Missile(don't know what FGM stands for ) and my screen name is Far148, so it's going to stay the same.

More to come,

FGM - Foot to Ground Missile, infantry-operated AT weapons.  The hint was he pointed it was a Javelin, combined with the knowledge that the Stinger is the FIM-92.

Overkill? Nah, it's Insurance.  So are the 20" guns.

Small update. I finally got around to painting the engine area chrome silver. Man, I hate shooting enamel paint through my airbrush. Looks great. And got those nozzles on place too.

I finished painting and glossing the gear and got them in place too.

Until later,

naturally , Greeks who flaunt their kills tend to die ...

good looking, too . And no point in getting in offended by the kill markings, though any true Star Wars fan would tell you with a light flak turret rated at 200 Megatons per second(?) available to Star Destroyers, those Rebels gotta have have some serious shielding

Old Wombat

That's better! ;D

Two very sweet F-15's there, Steven! The Hellenic mudhen is fantastic!
