Senegal Mirage III

Here's a 1/72 Lindberg Mirage III snap together kit.  This thing was just oddly made, has poor detail, and was a snap tight kit.  So, in plain english, it was great for whiffing, but barely so.  This kit is so tail heavy, it's not even funny.  I put more ballast into the nose than any other plane I've ever built!

I decided to make it part of the Senegal air force when I got the Zotz North Africa decal set, and thought "I've never seen a plane from Senegal before."  I then armed it with rocket pods and a Gabriel III antiship missile, forgetting that I have only a cursory understanding of African geography, and didn't know if Senegal even had a shoreline.  I remembered it borded the Atlantic, so that allowed the WiF to make some sense.  The fact that it was an Israeli ASM didn't make much sense, but I made three of them, and had this one sitting around, looking really pathetic (I made two of them out of the Harpoons that came with one of those really nasty early Trumpeter F/A-18 kits.  The tail fins were different shapes and sizes on those missiles!).

Now your just showing off aren't you. Can't have the decency to post one model at a time with long intervals between completion. No you go post a bunch of great models on the same day to make us all feel unworthy.
