Lippisch P13a

It took me a few hours to make somthing reasonable of this little 1/72 PM Model kit. Alltogether it has 11 (!!!) parts and none of them fits the other

Still it is the only kit in this scale (AFAIK!)

"My" P13a represents one of thefirst Lippisch planes produced in a large, uderground factory in Bavaria in December 1945.

It is very nice to see a pilot in your model, I had always wondered how such rear cockpits could provide visibility, and imagination was hardly enough. With a man inside a model on the ground, it is more easy to imagine (and be frightened...). Fortunately, WW2 stopped before this December 1945...

I was thinking of a rear mirrors on both sides, actually. Somthing like you can find in sport cars. It would look good but wouldn't have worked in a real plane
