QuoteDude, are you sure you didn't get Matrixone to build that thing for you?

Awesome
Well it would of made my life a bit easier but no I built it, wish he'd taken the pictures though ^_^ .

Tophe the vertical fins are the original horizontal stabilizers/tails off the MPM 262.
The horizontal tail/cross member thingy was bashed out of a set of wings from the academy BF-109 donor kits, with some plasticard for the centre divider.

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid

What-if Ing. Leigh had selected Plan A or C rather than D? ^_^

QuoteAnd what about numbers past 262 which would make sense seeing as this is a development based on the 262 airframe. ME-274 for example.
The 8-274 code was used for an Heinkel derivative of the 8-177 (He 177 --> He 274 --> French AAS 01A), but as the 162 code has been used for both Bf 162 then He 162 after cancellation of the former, you are allowed to call Me 274 your baby: what-if... :)
Even without books, you may found almost all on the Web, see http://www.designation-systems.net/non-us/germany.html
