QuoteDoes anyone know if there's a 1/72 scale version of this readily available ?

Chris
I've never heard of a 1/72 version but the Minicraft 1/48 only consists of two sprues and makes up into a modestly sized model. Only 14 quid from Hannants too!

There was a very very Early MPM kit of it Chris, I found one by chance about a year ago. Very basic and it will need a lot of effort to get anything half decent from it. U may be able to find one but i wouldnt hold your breath.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I've got the Minicraft one Simon - as you say simple littel build - may have to buy another now. If so it will be my first 1/48 WIF

PS - I have this vague memory of a Pegasus one in 1/72 ? Although maybe I'm thinking MPM
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

great backstory, great model!    I've got an MPM 1/72 Skyrocket I picked up a year or 2 back, as Martin says; 'basic'. mine will be either RN (with suitably inappropriate seabird name) or in the lovely USN white/grey atlantic scheme
