Is there a percentage rule here?

I have an idea but it requires a fair chunk of Matchbox. Originally I intended I can use Airfix but the total finished effect is well, kinda not what developed. (I actually did a friggen drawing this time... yeah, me, a drawing and plans and stuff. If I grow up I wanna be just like Baz!!!)

If there's a percentage requirement, I'm pretty well hosed. I think as long as either the fuse or the wings and tail are from an Airfix kit you're ok. That is if I understood the rules correctly. Or if my meds were working.

Baz is a moron.  You don't want to be like him.  Either way, be sure to build your kit, either for this GB or just "because."

Depends on what a "fair chunk" is, the rule is that the base kit be Airfix and all mods be declared. Enough of rules the spirit of the build is to build those old faves we grew up with so a fair chunk of Matchbox fits right in with that. Keep it over 50% Airfix and it's fine by me. What we're trying to avoid is sticking Airfix decals, pilot and ordnance on a Tamigawa kit.

I have ruled!

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid
