How does the gear retract? Boogies swing backward inline with the strut which then swings forward into the big wheel well by the intake? Also does it have moveable hardpoints ala F-106 in the bombbay or is it just a simple setup?

Roger, that's the way I have it animated right now.

The retraction sequence had the rear wheel going upwards, with the front of the bogie downwards, then the leg rotated forward.

I have the original geometry drawings and mechanism designs, recovered from microfilms at BAC Weybridge before the site was demolished.  These and other drawings were supplied to Airfix to help with the kit.

We also found the drawing set for the reduced set of markings applied to XR219. which Dick Ward used for the decal sheet.  Unfortunately the reduced set of decals didn't make it to the instructions.
