Well I have to admit this is turning out to be a lot less fun than I would have liked...A real bugger to get the wings where I wanted them.





I have done the first round of putty since I shot these photos but I can already tell another round is needed...lots of fill is required on this one.

I'm trying to fill it as smooth as possible with Ave's Apoxie sculpt. I'm hoping to avoud to much sanding but If I have to I'll probably tape some sand paper to the handle of the smallest paintbrush I can find because it's going to have to be rigid yet small enough to reach in there.

If all else fails I will give it a crazy paintjob to hide all my crappy puttywork

Awesome idea.  
As for nearly inaccessible putty lines, maybe start with thin strips of Evergreen plastic to fill the gaps?
