I've been struggling to figure out why my careful cutting and trimming and measuring of wings wasn't working right. How come I needed 4 gallons of filler on a model less than 10cm long?

Last night, after yet another round of sanding I was eyeballing a wing fillet and truned the airplane over and realized the error wasn't in my wings I had built, the fuselage of the airplane was twisted. A bagged kit left  in the sun somewhere.

Argggggggg, shoot me now please.

I'll post a pic once she's primed. Sigh.

My Revell 109F in 1/32 has a twisted wing that really scares me off putting it together.

Shame, as I have metal parts and Marseille's markings all ready for it.

Did you guys try the hot (almost boiling) water trick? Best of luck on these projects gents. In a way, a thread like this is refreshing...at least minds aren't the only things warped around here.

If I had realized the fualage was warped before I glued the wings on and started filling the beast in, no problemo. A bit too late now.
