Hello everybody!

I got my airbrush tuesday, and decided to practice on this old 737-200! I converted the 737-200 into a 737-200 combi, with aft end for cargo (thus no windows), and did it up in british airways markings -_-  It is supposed to be used in africa for smaller destinations, had the british empire excisted today :P

Only the white is done by airbrush, all other colours are done by brush B)

Very good job, triple7. Airliners painting is a delicate and difficult task

Cool, I'd never seen BA livery on a 737 before.

Is this cargo/passenger combi your own concept or do they really make such an aircraft?

Looks great!   ;)

Nice work 777!  Subtle, wouldn't have realised the missing windows if you hadn't mentioned it.

Here you go Baz, feast your eyes!  BA 737's a plenty on Airliners.net, in every livery you can imagine:

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I beleive alaska airlines had a single combi that was retired last month, however it had windows throughout the plane...
FAA (Federal aviation administration) doesnt allow combis anymore, so they will all disappear in a while (KLM has 747 combis though).

Other than that, theres 737 freighter converstions.

And why FAA doesn't allow combis anymore (poor Volskwagen   ) ?

Brilliant, this model looks very, very good
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

Apparently, because of the danger of fire in the cargo, inside the passenger cabin...  Cant see why it would be safer to just carry it underneath instead

Perhaps more dangerous cargoes where carried in combis than in normal airliners?
