Lately I haven't had the inspiration to work on any whiffs, so I busted out my Operation Iraqi Freedom AV-8B. Sometimes doing an production model is what I need to clear the cobwebs. Anyway.......I read in FSM about adding Future floor wax to the dials of the instrument panel to give it a more realistic look and I do believe it works. This is a dress rehearsal for when I redo my 1/32 Phantom.

It looks great and gives that 3-D look that's elusive.  B)

Another couple of great uses for Future is glueing on canopies  and attaching thin styrene details to the base plastic.   It dries so thin that the painting surface remains in good condition whereas glue can damage the surface.
