Japanese what if site??

Trying to locate a website that I'm sure was linked from the forum some time in the past?
Sure the name was Kakuri or Kakumi or something like that?, home page showed a P-39 racing floatplane art/image and the site contained all sorts of strange aircraft, tank and ship designs? anyone have any idea what the site was cvalled or the weblink to it??

Found some pages from this site on a CD

Here is the link but sadly its in Japanese and hard to navigate around as a result, if anyone can manage to get it to translate get in touch. Tried babel fish to no avail.

Enjoy some wierd stuff here  but front image is nice considering the Perth show competition.
