I was finally able to get some work done on the Fokker D.VII. Hopefully this is the final stretch; just the clearcoat, decals, final assembly and weathering. The Mustang is the culprit for stealing all my free time from the Fokker ^_^ , I stripped the old covering off and recovered in captured Luftwaffe markings for someone. It is an electric R/C, and flys like a dream.

The Mustang also is delicious... RC too? Which scale? Is there a profile included on the box or in the instructions?

Chap,

Nice job on the covering of that Mustang!

Few people here will understand the craftsmanship required to cover an RC plane.

Also that Fokker looks really interesting too.

Nice Mustang Steve!

What makes my eyes pop out most though is the fantastic progress you've made on that radial engined D.VII! It looks great! Your work is so well done that the radial engine not only looks like it belongs there but it will make folks wonder if this was an enhanced D.VII variant.

I can't wait to see more!

Very nice work, it looks totally right with that engine.

Thanks everybody, I really appreciate it. Progress is slowly being made. ^_^

Thanks Tophe, the model is considered "Sports-Scale" which mean that it was designed for good flying qualities not scale, that is why the wing is much larger. It has a 43"/109.2cm wingspan, so maybe around 1:10th scale? Also, I don't own this model, I just recovered it for someone, so I did not recieve instructions or the box, sorry.
