Hi all,
I'm trying to remeber where I saw an article about the changes needed ? ARC ? Somewhere else ? Any help appreciated. I could probably figure it out using my reference photos, but I'm lazy.

There was an article in a magazine too. I don't recall right off.

Dual-wheeled landing gear, spot lights, crash beacon on side, hoist details, interior. I don't remember much more sorry.

Proper? Since when did a member of Whiffdom ever care about it being Proper?

Sorry to rag mate, but that one was way too good to pass up!

I know, I know.....but I've already got a HAS.1 that will be a folding and armed Cormorant, so I wanted to do a 'real' one !

;)

Well, almost real........

Shouldn't that be a CH-148 Petrel ?

Captain Canada

Petrel ? Is there any info beyind that ? Were they thinking of calling it that ? Now that you mention it, that might be a good name choice for the different variants I have.

I know the DND have chosen Cyclone for the S-92.

Cheers

Alvis 3.1

Yeah, the armed anti-sub variant was Petrel, and the SAR bird was Chimo.

Alrighty then, for the SAR role, I'll keep the Cormorant. The armed CCG bird and the Armed SAR bird, as well as HAS.1 will be called the Petrel.

I've got an Army one as well, I think I'll stay with merlin for it.

Cheers !
