Opened the one I got today and found a wee problem. The nose transparenciy comes in two parts, and mine has two starboard bits, nothing aport. With the current status of Airfix getting a replacement might be a problem.

Oh yeah, I admit that I'm probably urinating contrary to the prevailing airflow. Might have to try to carve a mold out of balsa and do the 'heat and smash' routine.  :blink:

Well maintrack did a conversion to convert the kit from prototype to an operational HC-1. Not sure if Aeroclub or Airwaves did anything for it however.
