I was just telling Brian that if I start one more project just as an excuse to avoid all the PSR (Putty-Sand-Repeat) on others already in progress, my brain will fart down my spine and blow a hole out my coccyx.

I've just cut out all the pieces for this little vacformed monster.   Which, of course, now entails even MORE sanding in order to get the vacformed bits to their final useful stage!!!

I'm going to make it into a 1:72 twin-engined (radial) light transport.  I'll have to widen the wing and tailplane chords as well as their fuselage attachment pieces.  And add some small engines.  And landing gear sponsons made from fueltanks.

Etc.

I built that kit a few years ago, it will need some filler in places but its not to bad a kit. The main troop compartment doors are a bad fit thou, best to do it on the ground with the doors open realy.

Good luck Baz!  That cross piece for the wing spar looks like it could be tricky, but since you've already done such a good job of trimming the parts I'm sure you'll have no problem!  Look forward to seeing it.
