This little beastie is described as a VSTOL fighter concept with 'ejector thrust'.

Looks like an F-16XL and a X-32 got busy if you ask me!

What exactly did you want to know?

The picture appears to show a variation on the General Dynamics E-3/E-5/E-7 ejector principle VTOL concept (see here for more info & pics).

I've spied the E-7 which I assume to be a more refined variant, but the ducting system itself?  Is it bled from the main engine a la the Harrier's control jets? But on a much larger scale?

The drawings altho well presented are a little blurry &/or vague.

Not being a Secret Projects member, I cruise there every so often to see what's to be seen.

I think it took both bleed and some fan air.  I rather seriously doubt it would've worked any better than any other ejector system that's been tried; i.e. not at all.  Both the XV-4 and XFV-12 never managed to get their ejector systems to work.
